Right at the Seoul Station. The hotel is at the Seoul Station at exit 12, offering convenient access to the airport and metro. But the room temperature is fixed and could be too warm. The breakfast is also fine but it only opens at 7am. The service fine and there are free bottled water.. .

Okay-ish for 1-2 nights max. Very convenient location, helpful and polite staff, good breakfast, early check in.. Noisy even with closed windows on 26th floor, glitchy AC, tiny rooms, we were asked to pay 20k won per night (!) for an extra blanket, uncomfortable mattress..

Wonderful Stay. Very happy during my whole stay. All the staff are very friendly and helpful. They arrange a small cake for me as this stay is falling on my birthday. This is very surprise for me！The room is also very good. We very enjoy our stay at the hotel！Defiantly want to come here next time.. .

Excellent breakfast but disappointing rooms.. We love the location of the hotel, is easily accessible by trains and there are restaurants around the hotel. We love the luxury breakfast spread that was our favourite of the hotel.. Rooms are too small and room temperature was kept at 24-22 deg. far too hot to sleep with the quilts given and we can't open the windows due to the noisy trains. Also the Gym is too small for so many rooms and one hard floor mat to be utilised is far too unhygienic..

Lacking AC. Lack of AC. It was hot in the room. Staff said to open the window. But there is no breeze or cross flow between 2 windows. Opening 1 window doesn't really do anything. Also, the outside noise is terrible for sleeping. I stayed here a couple of years ago, in the winter, it was great, so I booked this place again. This time, it was almost summer, and the lack of AC was very problematic for me. Cannot recommend due to this. May not be an issue for some.. .

Great hotel and location. An excellent choice hotel very close to the Seoul main train station. About a block and a half walk from the station exit. I had a small room on a very high floor as there was just me and that was sufficient. The check in is on the 19th floor of the building and the rooms were above that. Clean rooms, in room safe, comfortable bed coffee maker and a beautiful view. An excellent breakfast was included. There was a small store at the base of the building for picking up supplies. Close to Metro station taking you anywhere in Seoul. Also, the Airport Express takes you to the Seoul Station. I would stay there again.. .
