Overall, I don't recommend staying here. Noise dropped this from 10/10 to 5/10.. The location of this hotel was great and right on the same intersection as a train station which was very convenient during travels.. Don't expect to get much sleep if you stay here. There is a lot of noise from outside from 10pm through 6am everyday. The police doesn't do anything about the noise despite there being a station right across the street, and the hotel only provides some meager earplugs..

Excellent overall. Very clean and nice. For a suite the tvs should be smart tvs with Netflix, YouTube, that will be an excellent upgrade. Please consider it.

Passable. . Woke up at 2am to a female crying in the hall way. Open my door to see a guy dragging her down the hall by one hand. Almost fought him in the hallway but Americans are always wrong for fighting a Korean. I called the hotel lobby and told them. They then sent a drunk worker up who pretended to not speak English in the entertainment district. So nothing was done and I’m sure the girl was raped. Stay away from this hotel..

worst experience at a hotel in 5 years.. I travel a lot for work and usually book with Marriott where I get to check in early and late checkout late due to being a member. The Hamilton hotel was highly suggested by the company I'm working with due to it's location. As far as can tell it's the only good thing about the place. I arrived at the Hamilton around 8am after an overnight flight. This hasn’t been an issue generally and I guess I've been lucky enough to check in with no issue. The person checking me in told me that was a 60000 w ( roughly 45$ ) fee to check in early. I guess I didn't do too well hiding the displeasure from my face and they immediately shot me a condescending smile and did so everytime I engaged them. I tried to cancel my stay but because it was booked thru a 3rd party there would be no refund. I asked for a manager and despite there being three people being behind the counter there is apparently no Manager on duty. I still took steps to find another hotel nearby but gave up after about an half hour. Ironically a big part in this is that their wifi is spotty at best and the pages kept timing out. So, I gave in and paid the extra money because I desperately need to sleep. Wow, the rooms like they were designed and furnished in the 70's. The carpeting is various shades of poop brown. the reason I'm writing this review right now is because the walls are paper thin and I keep getting woken up by banging on the walls, the sound of kids running and yelling plus I can hear their mom loudly as well despite wearing earplugs. In the past 6 months, I've stayed in hotels in Seoul, Tokyo, Yokohama, Bangkok, Chicago, Detroit, LA, SF, Rotterdam, Amsterdam, Berlin, Lisbon and several other cities around the world and I'm not kidding when i say that is by far the worst experience I've had in a hotel in probably the past 5 years. I'm awake , miserable and trying wrap my head around how they get away with charging what they do. I keep hearing every real estate agent I've ever known saying "Location , Location , Location." great location but Terrible Experience otherwise. This should be called the Hamilton Motel, it's a shame they're allowed to use Hotel in their name. Stay at you own peril.. .
