Wonderful hotel, great location, fabulous breakfast, and a tremendous staff and team to help you!. This is a lovely hotel, well situated on two Seoul Subway lines, great food around, wonderful staff, OUTSTANDING breakfast and a great team there to help you with anything you need, Parking is easy, affordable and safe! We have stayed at this hotel twice now and just love it. The rooms are comfy (love the bathtub!) , beds great and bathrooms and amenities all outstanding. The price is right for this hotel and its just a great place to stay if you want to enjoy a few days in Seoul! Please stay here!. Nothing..

Recommended. Location is good, metro, 7/11, olive young and CU were so close to the hotel. Breakfast is full of variety, you can choose what you want. Thanks to receptionist girls, they helped a lot and answered to all my questions.. The room was not ready when we check in (it was late night), but after the call to receptionist, the staff took action immediately, and assured to fix it tmr morning, what they did. That is why thanks to hotel workers for prompt reaction and help🙌🏻 really appreciated.

Not recommendable, especially when it is cold. Insulation of outer walls might be bad in summer too.. helpful and nice staff cleaning staff worked good bacon for breakfast. when I was there, this was a week when it was really cold in Korea (-10° Celius). Unfortunately the outer wall of the room was not very vell insulated. It was continously cold from this wall - the first 10-20cm above the floor extremely cold. Sitting at the desk (which is at the outer wall) was impossible. The last 1-2 days of my trip it was warmer, in this situation there was no big problem (even if still not perfect), with cold temperatures the room (19th floor) was just extremely uncomfortable. btw: view out of the room was also horrible... The air conditioning for heating was not clearly possible to change The hair dryer had not turn-off switch - the switch could only be used to change to temperature, but no full turn off was possible. So you always had to unplug the hair dryer breakfast: I really missed a little bit more European breakfast.. baguette bread was bad quality... only toasted bread was enjoyable... more other breads I could not recognize. Cleanliness was in principle ok, de-rating only because in breakfast room the floor and equipment close to floor was not really clean. Further de-rating reason because the corridor looked extremely used. Negative: Not clear where to enter this hotel.. entrances look on both sides strange and not as entrances of a hotel..

Poor stay. The room was far too hot to be able to sleep during the night. Disappointingly the hotel simply refused to fix the issue by changing the room temperature. The result was a very uncomfortable stay, and the hotel is not recommended.. .

The perfect stay. I would like to express my sincere gratitude and give a special thanks to Kayla kim, Yuki.Choi, Scarlett, and Tyler for making my stay here one of the best experiences i’ve had so far. Thanks to their sincere kindness, hospitality & professionalism I have experienced lots of joy and happiness throughout my stay in this hotel. I would recommend this to everyone ♥️. .
