Well, we were greeted by an excellent staff. Her name is Ivy Lee, she did above and beyond. Being a foreigner in Korea,. Location, close to a lot of food stuff, close to transportation.. Airconditioning is not good - we have to open the window for a better ventilation..

Basic hotel in Seoul. Basic hotel in Seocho area. The hotel has small rooms, the bed is comfy and with comfy pillows. The rooms is small and the desk area is small too. The bathroom is small but the shower is good with a good power rain shower. Bath amenities are the basic, nothing luxurious. Room amenities have coffee/ tea, kettle and water bottles.There are some caffes in the surroundings as well as restaurants. Really minimum basic but neat hotel for traveling workers.

Practical, good location but amenities in the room can be better!. The hotel is a no-frills but decent and comfortable hotel. Really good for solo or duet travellers but may not be so for family with young children. Generally clean and everything seems to work (shower, aircond, blinds etc). The location is good. To the right and left of the hotel there are many 24-hour convenient stores and also within walking distance to the right an eatery that serves hot meals 24 hour at an affordable price. There is a subway station Yangjae within 5 mins walk and 15-20mins walk to the main shopping area of Gangnam. Plenty of restaurants behind the hotel or about 10 to 20 mins walk around the vicinity. I love how they have a weighing machine for your luggage! Really nice and practical if you’re in Seoul for shopping.. Room is quite small for family and may not be soundproofed. Very little space to hang clothes. Hotel staff may not be very flexible but they are polite and friendly. There is also no stirrer or spoon in the room and there were some strands of hair found in the bathroom but they were cleaned out subsequently by housekeeping. There is also not enough electric plug points if you are travelling with family. Other than these everything is good!.
