Good location to shopping, food and public transport.. Very convenient location to Myeongdong shopping and food, City Hall station, and K-Airport Limo drop-off at Wedtin Josun stop. I was given a comfortable, clean, quiet room away from the lift lobby on Level 9. Feather pillows are 'way too soft but bed is nice and firm. Plumbing may be problematic in the hotel as a whole though. Staff is generally helpful but level of spoken English varies with individuals.. .

Small rooms, heater can’t be adjusted. Gym poor facilities. Stayed here for 6 nights with my family we had a twin room and a triple room on the 15th floor. The twin room is so tiny and quite claustrophobic. I packed gym clothes but didn’t even bother as one treadmill was broken and there was a chest press machine and no weights. Breakfast every morning did not change at all, exactly the same menu every day. Location is great a few minutes walk from Myeong-dong shopping street. We were overheated in the room and the temperature wasn’t adjustable. Coin laundry on level 3 but doesn’t take coins! Besides the location wasn’t anything overall impressive the shower head has a mind of its own and flies around due to the water pressure. .

Perfect location, value for money.. In the heart of Myeong Dong. Just in front Lotte departmental store. Smaller room but Clean and value for money. The best feature is the toilet, warm toilet bowl, perfect water pressure😁. Small room but perfectly functional; efficient use of space..

Refund for 2 nights. Was a great location, but I came up with a family emergency, I still has 2 nights left, I was told it would be taken care of, next thing I know I had to contact hotel.com, in other words I got the go around from both parties involved, I was already stressed, didn't need the added stress, I was only in korea for 2 nights, I flew from New York , do not think I would go back only because of the way they handle this matter, was very unprofessional, they could have handled it better way, was such a bad taste in my mouth from both parties involved . .
