Excellent Hotel with quailty rooms and facilities- great location.. Excellent hotel, good facilities, great location. We stayed for 10 nights here and had an excellent stay. Good quality, well-appointed rooms. Ours was a superior double (24 square mtres) which is large for Seoul and comfortable for 2 persons with good sized luggage. Good bathroom with full sized bath. We had views over the mountains. Good cafe in the foyer and helpful and professional English speaking staff. Literally 2 mins to the subway and close to Airport 6011 bus stop. You'll be happy here. We were rescued by this hotel from our original hotel nearby that was very budget and poor quality despite good reviews. Arirang Hill Hotel though is a good choice and you'll be happy to return here after a fun day in Seoul. Close to all attractions and good restaurants and cafes all around.

very good choice in Seoul. This hotel really fulfilled everything we needed. A comfy bed after a long flight, clean room, great shower and japanese toilet, very good breakfast, great location so close to metro and restaurants etc, helpful staff, washing machine and dryer etc. .

Exceptional. Location: it’s very convenient to get around Seoul via bus or subway. The bus stop is literally outside of the hotel and the subway is about 1 minute walk.. Nothing.

Bad experience. We got a room on the upper floors. It was so hot at night that we couldn’t sleep. I asked at the reception and one guy told me if they turn the heat down, the lower floors will be cold. Well, but they can turn the heat up in their rooms, no? Then they suggested to open the window, but the air in Seoul is so bad that you’ll wake up with a sore throat if you leave the windows open, which is exactly what happened to us. The second day I complained again at the reception desk, and their solution was simply to lie: yes, we’ll turn down the heat tonight, said one of the guys there. Of course they didn’t, they told us they couldn’t, and they also didn’t have a fan available until our third night. One of the ladies at the reception apologized next day, and I think most staff are nice, but the fact that on top of not being able to sleep, one guy just lied to us with a straight face left a pretty bad taste.. .
