Very good. Facilities n staff are fantastic. Went in Jan which was super cold & the hotel actually supply big warmer packs which can last us for a day outside. Toilet amenities was top up daily.. Maybe the distance to the train station. Juz a short walk though..

Overall the stay was enjoyable and the room size are adequate. Breakfast was good and front desk staff are very helpful.. Hotel is located central to most shopping areas and within walking distance.. Unfortunate to experience a major leak in our bathroom which necessitated our change of room in the early hours of the morning..

recommended with minor reservations. Good location, walking distance from rail station and City hall subway station. Major transport hubs nearby making reaching all parts of the city as well as airport convenient. Friendly staff. Room was decent - nothing to write home about, but perfectly ok for short stay. No soundproofing, awkward room layout with uncomfortable and difficult to reach desk..
