We came back — and it was a complete disaster. Seven years ago, we stayed at Signiel Seoul and were truly impressed. It was one of the best hotel experiences we’ve ever had. This time, it was the opposite — chaotic, indifferent, and utterly disappointing. Check-in was a mess, there was no one at the front desk, and even our luggage was left unattended. We were forced to choose a breakfast time after long travel, only to wait over 30 minutes to be seated. The room was poorly prepared — no turndown service, and after a sleepless night I found the pillows had been placed the wrong way around. Breakfast ends at 10 a.m. on a weekend, checkout is 11, and “late checkout” is noon. Everything feels built for staff convenience, not guest comfort. We returned because we remembered how perfect it once was — the care, the elegance, even the small things like the fresh mango sliced in the room. All of that is gone. What remains is a hollow imitation of luxury. . チェックイン時のレセプションが不親切。 パスポートをだしてるのに英語でかなり早く説明されまったく丁寧でもなく、嫌な予感。 案内された部屋は写真と全く違い、流石にこれは変えてもらった。 その後のルームサービスも繋がらない。 ルームサービスを持ってきたスタッフも挨拶なし、無愛想、椅子のセッティングもしてくれず不親切。 スパ、チェックアウト時、一般ラウンジのスタッフは丁寧だが、うーんという感じ。 . .
