All that glitters is not gold. All that glitters is not gold. 3 night stay while visiting Seoul. Let me start with some positives, centrally located and close to 2 metro stations. Firstly, check-in is fixed at 4pm, don't arrive earlier. Reception is usually not available, and if it is you will be told the same thing, Check-in at 4pm using the check-in machine located in the lobby, so expect a queue around that time as everyone else is doing the same. Despite the facility list, I can assure you there is no baggage storage, a real pain if you do arrive early or have some time at the end of the trip there is nowhere to leave it, also there is NO: Fitness Centre with Gym / Workout Room Coffee shop Airport transportation Business Centre with Internet Access Meeting rooms Baggage storage Concierge Restaurant Breakfast buffet Wine / champagne 24-hour front desk The room we had (and I suspect others) are tired, dark and dated. Everything had that well worn feeling. I also suspect that the room sizes advertised are also misleading. The rooms appear to have an unusable space above the kitchen/bathroom. You cannot stand up here it is a crawl space, not sure of its purpose.. .

I had a late dinner get-together with a friend in Gangnam and found this place to be conveniently located near a subway station and only a few stops away from happening areas (Gangnam Station) at a reasonable price. Although it's located in the heart of Gangnam on Teheranro Street, it was quiet. The hotel is a bit dated but that's the charm and it was clean and had everything you need from kitchen to refrigerator, etc. Funny how there was a loft area as well lol. Only downside could be that the shower booth is TINY. And you have to open the doors from the inside so if you're obese or have extra pounds on ya, you might not be able to get through the space between the doors. Other than that, check in was easy (useful to know basic Korean or have an instant interpreter app in hand) and checkout was a breeze. Both processes are done via a kiosk and there are no front desk staff at this hotel.. .

Satisfied. There’s no breakfast I am not informed about the breakfast even if there’s breakfast. I wish it were easy to access the staff Since I am not much online person of age Once reached service is great I didn’t have the Korean phone number I kept the us phone with wifi use only I hope there’s a way to contact without the Korean phone only.

. I stayed 10 days but only cleaned twice.Too much dust.It's not easy to connect with bad smell staff.Not comfortable with public transportation.. .

overall excellent besides the slight hiccup. The interior design and cleanliness and location was amazing.. I was not informed of the place being a self checking after my booking was confirmed. I never received the room # or door code until after I arrived and tried figuring out how to find my room..
