Ok place. High charges for accidental damage. Pretty good location and the pool is nice
No non-dairy milks available for breakfast or coffee. Asked multiple staff at breakfast and reception and was told they only have full cream dairy milk.
I had a tattoo done and got ink on the bed sheet and pillow cover and they wanted to charge 2,500,000 IDR which is crazy, for sheets that are already years old and been slept in hundreds of times before. I agree that I should pay something but it should be a prorata amount. After negotiating we agreed on a lesser amount which I think was still excessive but better than $250.. .

Exceptional Kuta Experience. Everything was perfect. We got a room upgrade to pool view, free airport pickup. The place is spacious, perfect location near Kuta in the City Center. The room was cleaned daily and the staffs were friendly. In our room, there was a bathtub and a shower. The pools are amazing, our kids love it there. The food was also delicious, breakfast was of various choices and tasty too.
This hotel is indeed one of my favourites. We will come back here of course.. .

Wonderful family friendly place, great location. Excellent location, beds comfortable, lovely staff.. The bedding had marks on it. The room smelt mouldy..

Food was great, security guards were amazing. Highly enjoyed our stay. The level and room was great. Loved the view of the prayer room. Being charged $300AUD for sheets and a doona cover as I wasn’t aware you needed to tell reception you had new tattoos.
