Still okay but needs some improvement. I stay here for a night on 27-28 May 2023. The location is quite strategic, however not too close from the MRT station. The hotel itself is not too modern, but has a good room size, but the toilet is a little bit packed. I went together with my girl friend and we actually didn't bring a lot of skin care products, we still found the toilet area is quite small to put our stuffs. My room sink was clogged from the first time I arrived. Every time I used it, I need to let it sit for a while until the water eventually flowed. Hence, I can't open the faucet for too long or too big, because the size of the sink bowl was too small, it quickly became full. The toilet smart bidet didn't work in my room. I couldn't press anything other than the flush. I tried to report this to the staff, but they didn't understand English well, so I let it go. But if u need to communicate for simple things, such as check in/out, keep ur luggage for a while before check in or after check out, asking for wifi etc, the staff could still served well.. So overall it still okay, remember the options of hotel along the Itaewon street is very minim (because I specifically want to stay on that street, and i dont want gambling in hostel/guesthouse). But if u can find another better option, it is good to see your luck :). .

Rooms need a bit of love but would stay again. Staff very friendly and attentive. . Hotel lobby was quirky,clean and made a great first impression on us upon arrival. Reception staff were very friendly and attentive. The hotel room itself could have been cleaner as there was a lot of scuff marks on the walls from suitcases I'm guessing. The surfaces of the table and side tables looked a bit grubby too. It was dirt as such but just wear and tear and some of the pictures online are a bit misleading. The bed was comfy and didn't hear any noise from the main road outside. Lastly the bathroom was fine and had a nice powerful shower but I didn't like that the door wasn't a full door on the bathroom, there was a gap at the top. It is something I noticed across a lot of hotels in Korea and I personally don't like this. Overall I would stay here again and it was a perfect location for touring Seoul/Itaewon District. . .

Average and since we were there for such a short time we rolled with it. Location. Bistro in hotel offered a great breakfast. Staff were not helpful at all, seeming annoyed when we attempted to ask questions. While it was a non smoking hotel the smoke smell was tough at times. They even had an air purifier in the room. They also did not provide wash cloths..

Not much different from a love motel. Great location in Itaewon, but not worth the price. The rooms are VERY DATED - carpet is worn out, clogged shower drain, toilet was running on our last day, weird mirrors, and no privacy in the bathroom. Meaning you can see people in the room area bc of mirror angles, they can see you doing everything in the bathroom . No different than a “love motel.” We did get late checkout for two hours (10,000W per hour) and the front desk staff were very friendly.. .

Those slamming doors will make your stay unrestful. The room was clean, service friendly. The location is pretty convenient for navigating around, a little less so for non-bar food.. The noise.... the room doors seem to accelerate when closing, slamming at the end, making it extremely difficult to have good night rest. Construction and cleaning service start early, so if you are jetlagged - tough luck, you will be up early anyways..

The hotel was comfy, clean and has a 5-star service (from the front desk to the housekeeping). The hotel is in a great place in Itaewon if you are looking for good night life. Restaurants, bars and. clubs are within walking distance. Attractions are a short taxi ride away. The hotel, itself, is great. The lobby is inviting and the rooms are comfortable and clean. I think that I got the room with the best view (room 1213)... thank you. :). Noise wise was minimal for me. It definitely didn't keep me awake and I hardly noticed it. I would not even mention it. The only reason I am bringing this up it's because of other reviews. The entire hotel staff was A.M.A.Z.I.N.G! The front desk was courteous, professional, and very helpful. It didn't matter whether it was the morning, afternoon, or night shift, everyone was SO GREAT! They helped me in getting taxis to and from places and gave great recommendations as to where to eat. HUGE kuddos and much appreciation to all of them. They were all a class act! This will definitely be my hotel of choice when I visit Seoul again; and I will recommend to all of my friends who are looking for a similar vibe.. .

Excellent. The duality of location and approx $15 to the places needed to go. All good.
