Assistance support and friendliness from staff shared to me but the support teamwork within staff was also good. 👍. Know English is second or third language, sometimes I see a blank look, staff say yes , not sure if truely understand,

Strange payment system, hotel ok. We arrived late and wanted a hotel close to the airport. It’s what I would call a transit hotel - you book it for a night or two just to be close to the airport, sleep and have breakfast after a long flight. As long as you keep this in mind and don’t expect a fancy resort or a 5-star establishment you shouldn’t be disappointed. It was clean and had a decent breakfast.
I didn’t like their policy with booking where you reserve the room and they take money from your account, however this does not mean that you have paid for the room. Nay,nay - this is just to guarantee your booking and you have to pay again at the hotel. Meaning they reserve the full sum and then after paying at the hotel you must wait for it to be returned to your account. I would prefer to pay the full sum and be done with it. This whole arrangement makes little sense to me and the customer is burdened by this strange system.. .

A convenient option for transit in Bali. This hotel is a great choice for an overnight transit stay. The room was simple but had everything I needed for a short stopover. The staff were very helpful and friendly, and the 24-hour free airport transfer service was a huge plus. Would recommend for anyone needing a quick, hassle-free stay near the airport.. .

Not as good anymore as what it used to be. The outside area around the pool has something very cozy. The man working at the pool bar is also super sweet and a great person.. We booked a private pickup from the aiport. The driver was more than 20 minutes late. So the private pickup didn’t make sense. The Hotel never apologized for it. They only said; it’s not out driver, we just call a freelancer. Which is crazy, that nobody took responsibility for it. Don’t market it on your website then. Then also the chicken in the restaurant wasn’t cooked well done enough, so we needed to send it back, but then it took way too long, so eventually we needed to cancel the food. The room and bathroom we had was also quite a bit worn out. We’ve stayed in Harris a few times already, this was by far the worst time and we will unfortunately not come back anymore..
