Overall experience was enjoyable. This was my second stay at this hotel, and I was pleased to find that it still looks great and well-maintained since my first visit in 2019, before the COVID-19 pandemic. The Deluxe room I stayed in had direct access to the pool, which was a nice feature. The room itself was clean and had a fresh smell, creating a comfortable atmosphere. While some areas, like the corridors, could use a bit of renovation, the overall experience was still enjoyable.
The breakfast offered a good selection of local dishes, though I noticed it might not cater as well to foreign tastes. I liked the hotel's central location, making it easy to explore the surrounding area. The staff provided consistent and professional service throughout my stay, and I was particularly grateful for the concierge team, who took excellent care of my luggage when I was departing. I appreciated the great job of concierge staff. Overall, I had a wonderful experience, and I look forward to returning in the future.. .

Loved The Spa Experience. The location of the hotel was ideal, situated near many attractions that made it easy to explore the area. The moment I arrived, the friendly reception staff made me feel right at home. Their warm smiles and helpful attitude set a positive tone for my stay. I appreciated their professionalism, as they catered to all my needs and provided useful information about the local sights. This welcoming atmosphere truly enhanced my experience and made my trip memorable.
One of the highlights of my stay was the two-hour treatment at the spa. The therapy was incredibly relaxing and helped release a lot of stress I had been carrying. The spa therapists were skilled and knew exactly how to provide the best care. At the end of my treatment, I was pleasantly surprised to receive delicious food, which felt like a perfect finishing touch. Overall, the whole experience was worth every penny, and I loved the spa immensely.. .
