Warm Hospitality and a Memorable Stay in MarmarisOur stay at Supreme Marmaris Hotel was truly enjoyable, especially as we chose the all-inclusive option. During the day, there was fun pop music and entertainment by the pool, creating a lively and relaxing atmosphere. Some days we spent time at the pool, while on other days we went shopping in Marmaris or joined boat tours. The bays of Marmaris are absolutely beautiful — crystal clear, very clean, and almost like an aquarium. Swimming in these bays was truly unforgettable. One evening, we returned to the hotel quite late and had missed dinner time. Despite this, the hotel manager kindly arranged food for us. He personally took care of us and showed great attention and hospitality. We would like to sincerely thank him for his kindness and professionalism. This thoughtful gesture made our stay even more special and memorable.. .

A pleasant holiday experience With a central location and friendly staff. We stayed at the Supreme Marmaris Hotel on an all-inclusive basis. On some evenings, there was live entertainment, which added a pleasant atmosphere to our stay. The hotel is about a 10-minute walk from the beach, and during the day we joined boat tours to explore beautiful bays and coves around Marmaris. Its location is very central, making it easy to reach the bazaar, local markets, and shopping areas. Transportation is convenient, and everything you may need is within walking distance. The hotel staff were hardworking, polite, and respectful, which made us feel comfortable throughout our stay. The food was decent and generally satisfying. Overall, considering the location, service, and activities, it was a pleasant and enjoyable experience.. .

From the moment we arrived, the hotel felt clean, organized, and welcoming. The room cleanliness was especially excellent; the rooms were cleaned daily and great attention was paid to hygiene, which we really appreciated.. .

Food was poor but the hotel itself was fine. I’m giving this hotel a 2 star purely because of the food. The rooms were adequate for what we wanted and I’d give 5 stars to the cleaners as we had fresh towels daily. The food was terrible, if you want chicken nuggets and chips 3 times a day then this is the place for you but not for me. Lack of a decent meal was the downfall. It was barely warm food and they brought it out but you couldn’t start eating until the time was right for them. Drinks were limited and it was beer, vodka, wine or gin. The guys behind the bar were pleasant so no problem with them. It was a cheap holiday so I couldn’t expect more than what I paid for but others I spoke to paid a lot more and got the same crap food. Good location but the food really needs to be sorted. Slices of tomato with cheese on top isn’t a delicacy.. .

Avoid like the plaque. Absolutely shocking hotel and staff ,and worst of all food same thing every day with maybe a old slight more variant almost all the food was cold inedible or found with cockroaches and flys in soup cat hairs in the bread basket honestly we payed for all inclusive and bearly got bed and breakfast cos us a fortune eating out zero entertainment at all not even music staff stand around on there phones rather than serving you a drink all the coffee machines and fruit machines are out of order nearly any stock in so no sugar,some days no milk the pool has been cleaned once in 10 days I know as I put something there to check if it got cleaned all in all just terrible please please avoid it dont ruin your holiday by coming here. .

Maybe try elsewhere. Location was okay literally a short walk into the main town etc so wasn’t an issue. When I turned up there were a fair few men standing out the front which was extremely intimidating for a solo female. The staff behind the bar and waiting on were the best part about this hotel. They were friendly and helpful. The chef needs lessons in not trying to pull any English girl and cooking. The food was horrendous. We had raw chicken meat one day so just be careful. The pool area was nice although it could’ve done with cleaning daily. I was there for 4 days and I saw it being cleaned once. There’s no mini bar in the rooms either. There’s a fridge. Maybe that’s what they mean but they should deffo change that. Last day checking out and I make sure there’s confirmation of my transfer. The guy behind the desk was absolutely no help. Kept telling me just wait 🤦🏻‍♀️ there was no paperwork on it and it would come.. .

Was what it was and i made my holiday what i wanted. So after reading mixed reviews. On arrival i was pleasantly surprised Room is basic. But clean enough. Tv and fridge in room Food is basic but edible just dont expect 5star at a 3 star basic hotel for a budget price. Go with the mind set you get what you pay for. If you want a higher standard pay more n go 5 star Hotel is ok. At 1st the staff were friendly but soon realise they talk about you n other guests in own language and to other guests Try and be funny and actually quiet rude The cleaning ladies are lovely Please do expect cats. They are friendly and just want love and feeding. I went shop and bought cat treats. They part of the experience. Its their home and we are guests. Its close to the beach which is nice. And plenty of nice bars n eating places The drinks are basic. But again if u expecting more for your money then youl be disappointed . If you happy to lay by the pool n jis use hotel for sleep etc then ots good for that Im happy if the suns out and to just lay in peace. So if you book this hotel. Just go with all that in mind. Its cheap basic n a place to get your head down. And just say it is what it is. N enjoy the sun and marmaris then youll be ok. If you come with higher expectations then youll be disappointed.. .

Only for desperate tourists / health hazard. Food - terrible , breakfast served in darkness , coffee machine probably not cleaned since its installation but worse part are the rooms black mold on walls , smelly air coming from noisy air con . Our “ upgrade “ room had the same . Reception guy tried to be helpful. Outside hotel we met a wild hog …. .

This hotel is not a 4 star its dirty was mould in the room patio didnt lock shower would back fill the staff are rude and just shrugged their shoulders if you asked or complained the manager does not address any problems and passes the book they pretend not to understand english the food is awful cold, basic and repetitive only one toaster breakfast time the waiter spat in the bin whilst we were having breakfast not a hotel for children domestic abuse in roon nxt to us then early hours she was trashing the room told staff they just shrugged to busy try to get their leg over with other guests bar staff were seen engaging sexual activity with guests the pop was warm out of a bottle which was left on the bar limited drinks on offer their was lots of un happy guest that we spoke to the hotel is called a brothel by locals now i know why dont waste your money avoid this hotel. .

Extremely Disappointing Stay – Poor Hygiene and Unprofessional Staff. My stay at Supreme Hotel in Marmaris was unfortunately very disappointing. The wifi barely worked, the cleaning was extremely poor, and the food was often just repeated from the previous day. The toilets were not cleaned at all during my stay, which is completely unacceptable. The most unpleasant experience happened at the reception. When I complained about the air conditioning not working, I was verbally attacked by a receptionist in front of other guests. He falsely claimed that the issue was because I had a standard room, even though I had booked through Booking.com. When I insisted, he became defensive, followed me around, and shouted insults in Turkish. When I said I would report him to management, he mockingly replied that I could also get his autograph if I wanted. I then escalated my complaint to management, but they did not take it seriously, showing little concern for the incident or for proper guest treatment. In general, the staff created an uncomfortable atmosphere, often staring at guests in a way that felt intrusive. However, I must mention that the manager and one female receptionist were polite and the only ones who showed professionalism. Overall, I cannot recommend Supreme Hotel, as the lack of basic hygiene, poor facilities, disrespectful treatment from staff, and management’s failure to address serious complaints far outweighed the few positive encounters.. .
