This hotel doesn’t deserve return client as they don’t seem to care for customer comfort. Hotel staff wasn’t friendly and they ebebhasiataed to send extra water , assistance from co coerce wasn’t good and they were rude .
Even didn’t allow one hour early check in even when they had enough empty room. .

Decent Stay, But Lacked a Memorable Touch. My stay at Novotel was generally fine, but there wasn’t anything particularly impressive about the experience. The staff provided service at a basic level; they were neither exceptionally friendly nor unfriendly, which left the service feeling somewhat ordinary and unremarkable.
The condition of the room was acceptable overall, but there were some noticeable shortcomings in cleanliness. Dust was visible in several areas of the room, which gave the impression that housekeeping could use more attention to detail. Small details like these can significantly impact the overall guest experience, and I believe this is an area that requires improvement.
While there wasn’t anything major to complain about, there also wasn’t anything that stood out to make me want to return. Given the expectations associated with the Novotel brand, the overall experience felt quite average and unmemorable.. .

Excellent hotel in heart of Gangnam. We booked for 3 nights - excellent check in with reception (Mr Alex) and was upgraded to the executive floor due to my Accor platinum status. Breakfast has good variety and the executive lounge served very good snack and alcohol drinks at 5-7pm. Also used the gym which was very good and service overall was excellent. Highly recommended!. .
