It was a great experience. The hotel is located in a strategic point, very close to public transport. Really easy to understand how to reach them. The room is very welcoming and comfortable, really great both for those who want to relax a bit and for those who just need a nice place to stay. The staff is super helpful and prepared. In particular we spoke with Joseph from department 70 who was really kind and gave us excellent advice on how to get around by metro, how to buy train tickets and how to reach other cities. Highly recommended!!. .

Definitely recommend. Recommend this hotel for your next stay! I stayed here in Dec and again in Jan - the location is great and close to transport links incl train, hotel is clean and Decent size and the team is veru helpful. Having stayed here twice, I would come back again.. .

The best experience ever.. The most excellent stay, for my first time stay in korea. Joseph and Robert are really kind and have great customer service they are really helpful. The hotel is beautiful,the bed is so soft and the hotel is close to everything. Dandelion the breakfast hostess is really sweet and always has a smile on her face. Every service is excellent. I'm sad to leave, but I definitely will be back to stay at this hotel.. .
