Great experience!. The hotel staff is very warm, friendly, and helpful. Upon entering the lobby, we were greeted with an enthusiastic welcome dance. The room was spacious, comfortable, and clean, with all necessary amenities provided. The floating inflatables in the pool were fantastic and so much fun. The buffet breakfast was abundant and delicious. There is a walkway by the beach that connects to nearby resorts, making it easy to explore other restaurants. Highly recommended!. .

A memorable experience at a first class resort!. We thoroughly enjoyed our 8-night stay at The Laguna. It is a beautiful resort that is well laid out, but what makes it special is the incredibly friendly staff whose main mission is to make sure you are having a wonderful vacation! There is a good variety of restaurants, and you have your choice of multiple pools and beachfront access to rest and relax. A very special shout out to 3 staff members at the hotel who really made sure our stay was one to remember: * Lisa at the front desk - we so much appreciated her assistance in securing an amazing villa and suite during our stay and ensuring every detail was taken care of * Dhita - he and the whole team at the Villas were exceptional and left a lasting memory of what was one of the nicest vacation experiences we've enjoyed * Sukus - our amazing server at the Banyubiru restaurant. From our first night to many breakfasts that followed, he was always there with a big smile and looking after us. We so much appreciated his kindness and warm welcome. A memorable experience at a wonderful resort in the Marriott portfolio - thank you! Robert & Jacqueline. .

Perfect destination for relaxing time.. Good location, very nice beaches, nice pools. Lack of activities for the kids and teens Expensive food in the restaurants and not always the best.

From the unique Welcome experience to the transfer to the airport, the Laguna experience was amazing. From the unique Welcome experience to the transfer to the airport, the Laguna experience was wonderful. The facilities, staff and location on the beach were perfect. I gave some of my Paul's Hot Sauce to the staff as gifts as they were wonderful.. Nothing to add here. It was wonderful.

Slice of paradise. Our family had a great time at The Laguna. The pools were wonderful, kids had a blast! The room and hotel grounds were super clean. We enjoyed the breakfast buffet and even got a family photoshoot with the on site Dream studio Bali. Would definitely stay here again!. .

Exceptional. Everything and everyone here was perfect. Amazing resort. Delicious food at the restaurant and at the beach bar! I was sick for a day and the staff made their are best to help me and cook for me some meal even the chef came to the room to let me know about the food. Mrs Dian from front office she is amazing! All the staff did their best to accommodate us specially Indan, Andina, Dewin, Fila, Nicky, Gunna at KulKul bar. Suwandi and Angus always to help us to set our daybeds at the beach. Amazing staff for sure we will be back! Amazing stay at Laguna💙. .

Our stay at the Laguna Luxury was fabulous!!!. Sadly, it was only a one day stay (wish it was longer!) at The Laguna, but everything about this property has that “wow” factor that makes you want to return soon! We stayed on February 10 and were upgraded to a one bedroom king villa with a private pool, suite 509. The villas are large, spacious, and beautifully decorated. The bathroom was luxurious! The villa even has a small kitchen with maid’s quarters like the St. Regis villas. Maybe not a big deal to others but if you're used to using them, the villas here have the so much nicer Dyson brand hair dryers! There was a very nice, personalized welcome note along with a beautifully arranged fruit basket, local desserts and assorted snacks too! Awi, the Assistant Manager made us feel very welcome. Parma was also so friendly and helpful with greeting us, answering any questions, and driving us in the buggy too! We enjoyed a complimentary mocktail drink. We also ordered a light dinner of fish and chips at the restaurant. Dinner was great and we enjoyed the nice and friendly service and talking with Aoi and Intan at the restaurant. Breakfast for Titaniums (and Platinums) is complimentary for the Titanium and guest or you can instead choose 1000 Marriott points (but why would you??) instead. The breakfast in the Laguna’s restaurant is very good and has a great assortment. Service is also excellent! I saw they had fresh rambutan (the red “hairy” looking fruit!) and got a bowl with about five of the fruit. Ayu saw me and asked if I wanted them to peel the rambutan, so I said sure! She returned not only with the peeled rambutan, but a beautifully plated fruit assortment with dragon fruit and other fruits! I can't recall the restaurant employee's name, but he was working at the counter where they have lots of different ice cream and gelato flavors and he was able to give me tiny sampler scoops of several flavors. Yes, ice cream for breakfast and all delicious! The rooms, amenities, and super friendly staff at the Laguna is great. We had just come from a disappointing stay at the Conrad Bali; and the Laguna Luxury resort and their excellent and friendly staff helped make up for that! We experienced that “wow” factor and we would highly recommend staying at the Laguna, a Luxury Collection Resort at Nusa Dua Bali and will return!. .
