Good location, convenient, but aged interior and virtually no service. PROS - 在明洞地鐵站上，機場巴士亦在對面街落，交通方便 - 有 lockers 免費給住客使用，便利最後衝刺旅客 - Olive Young 新開張在酒店G/F - 位置靠近明洞夜市街 - 酒店三樓大堂有便利店及 WOWPASS terminal， 一樓有找換店 CONS - 房間內不能調節溫度， 日頭較熱， 幸好酒店有風扇借出 - 我們四大人在 Family room 要求多兩個枕頭被拒，只可以提供一個 (相信是酒店政策每房間只可以多取一個枕頭) - 相信是設計問題，沖涼令洗手間地面積水，需用毛巾阻擋水流出 - 找front desk 幫忙打電話去問地址同訂位但被拒絕 - 相信是設計問題及老化，帶了兩個旅行充電轉插但不能固定在電源插座 - 晚上沒有housekeeping PROS - Above Myeongdong Subway Station, the airport bus also drops off across the street, making transportation very convenient - Lockers are available for free for guests, good for last-minute travelers/shoppers - Olive Young newly opened at hotel G/F - Location close to Myeongdong Night Market Street - There is a convenience store & WOWPASS terminal at 3/F (check-in lobby), and money changes at G/F. CONS (4-star rated by Agoda so is compared with four-star hotels) - The room temperature cannot be adjusted and a bit hot in daytime. Fortunately, the hotel has fan available for lend. - My family (total 4 guests) stayed in family room and asked for two extra pillows but Front Desk refused and counteroffered to provide one only (believe it is the hotel’s policy that only one extra pillow can be taken per room) - Probably design issue, and taking shower causes water spread on the ground in washroom. Need to use a towel to block the water leaking from shower tub. - I tried and asked front desk for help to call to ask for the address and reservation of a restaurant but was refused. - Probably a design problem and/or aging. I brought two travel universal travel adapters but they cannot be fixed with the power socket. - No housekeeping at night 장점 - 명동역에서는 공항버스도 건너편에 정차하므로 교통이 편리합니다. - 투숙객이 무료로 이용할 수 있는 사물함이 있어 막바지 여행객이 편리하게 이용할 수 있습니다. - 올리브영 호텔 G/F에 새롭게 오픈 - 명동 야시장 거리와 가까운 위치 - 호텔 3층 로비에 편의점과 WOWPASS 단말기가 있고, 1층에는 환전소가 있습니다. 단점 - 객실 온도 조절이 불가능하고 햇빛이 뜨겁습니다. 다행히 호텔에 선풍기가 마련되어 있습니다. - 패밀리룸에서 우리 4명이 베개 2개를 추가로 요청했지만 거절당했고 하나만 제공할 수 있었습니다. (호텔 정책에 따라 객실당 추가 베개 1개만 가져갈 수 있다고 생각합니다.) - 샤워를 하면 화장실 바닥에 물이 고이는 것은 디자인상의 문제인 것 같습니다. 물이 흘러내리지 않도록 수건을 사용하셔야 합니다. - 프런트에 도움을 요청하고 전화로 주소와 예약을 문의했지만 거절당했습니다. - 디자인 문제와 노후화라고 생각합니다. 여행용 충전 어댑터를 두 개 가져왔는데 전원 소켓에 고정할 수 없습니다. - 밤에는 하우스키핑 서비스가 제공되지 않습니다. 長所 - 地下鉄明洞駅からは空港バスも通りを挟んだ向かい側に停まり、交通が便利です - 宿泊者が無料で利用できるロッカーがあり、直前の旅行者に便利です - ホテルG/Fにオリーブヤングが新規オープン - 明洞夜市通りに近いロケーション ・ホテル3階ロビーにコンビニエンスストアとWOWPASSターミナル、1階に両替所がございます。 短所 - 部屋の温度は調整できず、日差しは暑いです。幸いなことに、ホテルには扇風機の貸し出しがあります。 - 私たち4人はファミリールームに追加の枕を2つ要求しましたが、拒否され、1つしか提供できませんでした（追加の枕は1部屋につき1つだけしか利用できないのはホテルのポリシーだと思います） - シャワーを浴びるとトイレの床に水が溜まるので、水が流れ出ないようにタオルを使う必要があると思います。 - フロントデスクに助けを求め、住所と予約を尋ねるために電話しましたが、拒否されました。 - 設計の問題と経年劣化だと思います。旅行用充電アダプターを 2 つ持ってきましたが、電源ソケットに固定できません。 - 夜間のハウスキーピングはありません. .

Horrible staff, great location.. The location is just right next Myeongdong Shopping area. We had the view of the Namsan tower from our window.. The staff were incredibly rude, especially the male staff. I called the front desk from the phone in my room, spoke in English, and the male staff member simply ignored me, pretending the line had been cut off. If you can’t speak English, that’s fine—apologize and pass the call to another staff member who can, rather than just hanging up. In a hotel that caters to foreign travelers, you should at least be able to converse in basic English..

Nothing much to say. May not come back this hotel again.. Lady staff in the restaurant that serve breakfast should be more polite. The way she responded to guest was like guests was annoying her when we asked her to refill food.. The room towels were so poor, even torn at both rears. No amenities in the room, not like the photo that we saw on website. No toothbrush, toothpaste at all. No room service..

I love to go back Migliore Hotel affordable and accessible for transport.. We found a hotel accessible for everything from bus to train, shopping center and night market. I will thank to the staff, the chef good food and the service. See you next time!. Please provide toiletries, shampoo and conditioner, toothpaste and body wash. Thank you 😊.

Exceptional. Love the newly renovated location. So convenient with the cafe and mall and olive young at level 1. H room had a great view of Namsan tower and sunset / sunrise ☺️. No washing machine like other hotels..
