We would be nervous about staying at the Hyatt for the reasons above, which is a shame.. The staff, facilities, food and location were amazing. * We were not advised that the garden cafe was demolished (but you did a great job of providing alternative eating options
* We were not advised that construction work was underway immediately outside our balcony. We specifically booked a hotel with a balcony, but we were unable to use/enjoy it because of the construction noise. But we must admit that the builders were respectful with their working hours which was appreciated.
* Upon arrival the room was smelt VERY damp, it was an overwhelming smell of dampness, but the staff reacted to our concerns EXTREMELY quickly by installing a de-humidifier and as a result the smell disappeared after 3 days
* Our door key failed every day (AT LEAST ONCE PER DAY of our booking) this became extremely frustrating, and to a small degree did spoil our stay because we were constantly locked out of our room. The staff were always very prompt and apologetic on every occasion, but they were unable to fix the faulty door locks even on our final day.

Best beach resort in Bali. It is one of the best beach resorts in Bali. The rooms are spacious and comfortable. The property is very clean and well managed. Property have many activities, though some are paid, but still they gave us free photo shoot. Beach is super clean and well maintained. Highly recommended. .

An incredible experience!. We do not usually stay at resorts on holiday, but we were really blown away with the grand Hyatt and our experience. The staff were so unbelievably friendly and the food was surprisingly incredible. Would definitely recommend to any families visiting Bali!. .

Amazing grounds. So many lovely views in this resort!. What an amazing, green resort! 5 or 6 pools, beautiful, wide beach, great restaurants and nice staff. Just opposite is Bali Collection with many interesting shops and good restaurants (especially Kizuna sushi). We had great 4 days before further trip and for sure will come back.
Lounge is great as well so worth an upgrade.
Only one thing we disliked were Earthquake trainings infos when starting tv. We all know it can happen anytime in Indonesia so not really cool being reminded when you want to relax.. .
