Decent given the central location. The location is superb. I suppose the price reflects the location more than the facilities of the hotel itself. Staff very efficient, helpful and speak good English.. The hotel room did not reflect the picture used on the booking website at all. Don't expect a real 4-star hotel experience. Its a basic setup - the chairs used in the room are cheap plastic and metal style, and the small table has seen much better days (more like the type you'd see in a motel). The fancy toilet bowl in the room was leaking a small stream of water. Paper cups provided in the room (no glass cups). Temperature of room cannot be controlled from the room and seems to be centralised heating - get ready for stuffy conditions unless you open the window. No room service or 24-hour dining available for late arrivals..

Great service, good value buffet, central to palace and tower,. The breakfast had many options. The room was comfortable and clean.. No gluten free options for bread,bakery or cereal. ( there are gluten free cornflakes and rice bubbles available that are very good).
I was told that I couldn’t bring my own gluten free bread to be toasted in the buffet ( that is I could have found any in Seoul).
