Stay somewhere else. . The receptionist was not pleasant at all. He was so grumpy and not accommodating. He sighs and rolls his eyes at every question / request we asked (it wasn’t even hard at all)

They did not clean our room on our first night. There was no make up room tag in our room so we assumed they will just clean it like a regular hotel but they didn’t. I had to ask for the tag. This was not explained either during check-in..

It was satisfactory and for the money was good value. Stayed 3 nights.. It was in a good area for eating . Basic but clean. The staff were not rude but lacked enthusiasm..

Would not stay here again. Pretty good location especially if you like to be in the thick of it, lots of bars/restaurants around and close to hanok village. Subway station right outside the door too.. Reception was cool and stylish but this didn’t go any further than that. Room was bland and dated. Safe didn’t work, bathroom door didn’t open/close properly (hope you like watching your partner go to the toilet!), bed was very hard (but some may like this), couldn’t adjust shower head height. Absolutely not worth the price paid..
