Very bad.. . The hotel its not international! Its a Korean Hotel trying to be an international hotel with poor quality of service!
At the weekend the hotel is packed with people going to the restaurants, services of the hotel and the elevator looks like you are at the subway of Seoul! I have never experienced anything like that in a 5 star hotel!.

Superb. Room is really comfortable, staff are friendly and helpful. Duty Free is right next door, and the complimentary bus service to Myeongdong is a bonus. Good variety of restaurant outlets to choose from, we had a wonderful stay.. It was unfortunate that we didn't get a chance to use the sauna and public hot bath in the hotel. Most hotels include free access for hotel guests, but we learned that we had to pay extra every time to access this facility. It was a bit unpredictable to us......

All is average. Stayed 5 nights from 17th Feb to 22nd Feb, room no. 1520.
The pros are location, near the subway station and the hotel has a shuttle bus to get you there.
The view from the room is good, facing the Nan Shan.
The service from the front door and facilities are good especially the front door staff called "Dustin Lee", he behaved professionally and friendly which made me feel I really was a guest in your hotel.
The Cons: The room was a bit shabby and outdated, also the closet couldn't close properly.
The hotel lobby will always be crowded as different kinds of people get there, which annoys me.
Also, I had a worse experience at my check-out, the receptionist asked me if it was okay with my stay, I said the lobby was crowded and chaotic which made me feel uncomfortable, but she said she didn't know what was "chaotic", I don't know what that means and I spelt to her, she behaved a bit cool and unfriendly, and the concierge staff next to her told her what is "chaotic", I think she is unprofessional and a bit rude.
Apart from that, last Saturday morning(22nd Feb), a couple took some wedding photos in the hotel lobby, and all the guests couldn't cross the lobby to the front door, I understand that it was the most memorable day for them, but the lobby is for all hotel guests, which may be made all hotel guests feel uncomfortable and inconvenient, I think the management should have done some arrangement for that to minimize the situation like that.
Overall my stayed was just so-so.. .

a quiet location away from main downtown area, but crowded during the weekends. room was very clean and had a nice view of the garden. located close to restaurants and cafes. has a sprawling garden wonderful for morning walk. has even piped music from speakers along the walk.. the crowds in the weekend. very eventful during weekends, weddings, exhibitions, etc. lots of people in the lobby. elevators were jammed. we arrived late and all the restaurants were full. need to make reservation 1 month in advance? we should have been warned. ate at the bar, live music was good, but food was expensive!.

Only place we will ever stay in when we are in Seoul.. We stayed 4 nights here. Best five star hotel we have ever experienced out of many hotels around the world that we stayed at. Extremely attentive and friendly staff, immaculate room+amenities and the breakfast is incredible. The room service meals were better than some restaurants we have visited, on one lazy night when we just wanted to stay in. The bed is also so comfy I think I slept better than I do at home! It’s a very short walk (less than 5 minutes) down to the nearest Metro so it was easy to get around. They also have shuttle buses on offer which we never had to use. Overall it’s one of those rare places that’s inspiring and makes you feel quite humbled to be surrounded by such an excellent team of hardworking people who are so good at what they do.. Faultless!.
