Clean and Comfortable. Stayed at the Fraser Place Central Seoul for six nights and had a great stay. The hotel faces the main road and the other side faces construction. I stayed in a room facing the main road (sixth floor). The room was clean, large and comfortable. There were traffic sounds and the occasional beeping of the pedestrian crossing but if you’re used to the sound of traffic and not a light sleeper it should be a bother. The staff at Fraser Place Central Seoul were amazing - special shout out to Hang and Joy. They were extremely helpful and efficient. One small niggle would be the previous comments in the low shower pressure when the water is hot. You do have to wait a bit for the hot water to come on and even then it was not extremely hot. Also some comments that the pool wasn’t hot enough but would disagree as I think it’s the perfect temperature for laps but not for hanging out. In terms of location it is a business serviced apartment so not a tourist destination. Namdaemun Market is 18 minute walk away, Seoul Station a 15 minute walk and Hongdae about 20-30 mins by train. There are some convenience stores nearby. All in all a great stay and would definitely stay again.. .

Very comfortable. Everything,the location, the staff is 10/10 only the mattress of the double bed in the main room was not very comfy for me , a little slopy .. need to be replaced. the twin beds were very comfortable .The staaf and housekeeping are very courteous and prompt . The whole stay was comfortable for my family The kitchen is fully equipped, as i’m a vegetarian i could make meals . thanks for the cooker too. housekeeping is 7/10 .. the utensils were not dishwashed and had to be cleaned again to use them . Esp mention to Mr. Joan and team ..keep it up will definitely recommend and will come back again when in seoul. kitchen cleaning ...

Well Performing Hotel. An all-around good hotel. Our room was spacious and well appointed with a kitchen and washer and dryer. The hotel's location was excellent and the staff were friendly and gave local insight into the area. The restaurant and breakfast had a variety of offerings.. .

We ended our trip to South Korea on a high note and staying at Fraser Place was a contributor.. the hotel location was easily accessible. it met all my expectation (so close to convenient stores, coffee shops, train stations) and hailing for a taxi was so easy. We booked a 2 bedroom apartment and facilities inside the apartment were great! bed was comfy and the mini kitchen was well equipped.. nothing at all..

Superb. We spent two nights in this four star apartment hotel complex. First impressions are excellent the foyer is spacious and presents well for a property at this price point .check in and out were polite and efficiently dealt with , there is not any baggage service possibly because we arrived later in the evening.our apartment/ room (1118) was very spacious and airy and fully equipped with all the appliances you would expect to find in an apartment including a washing machine and a full range of kitchen utensils. Including an espresso machine ( capsules are only available to purchase from reception) The bathrooms ( there were two ) reflected the room and were very functional with walk in rain showers and toilet facilities. Toiletries were the pump action variety and adequate. Housekeeping was good and our room was spotless the public hallway carpets were showing wear but perfectly clean .towels and linen were bright white and of medium quality . There is a breakfast option for an additional charge which we didn’t take advantage of as there are excellent coffee shops next door which we preferred .externally there is a fitness center and sauna both of which are complimentary. Location the hotel is slightly off the centre but nothing is too far away and the fantastic subway is five minutes walk away making everything accessible , in short not the fanciest hotel but nevertheless a real gem and as someone fortunate enough to stay in a lot of five star hotels I can categorically say that this property is fantastic value and I would definitely choose it over some of the self designated five star hotels I’ve stayed in .. .

What makes a place like this excel is staff attitude. Kudos!. Staff tried to go out of their way to meet your requirements. Our room was facing a construction site and we asked to be moved; they showed us different rooms, but decided to stay where we were originally allocated.. .
