Superb, my family enjoyed the trip we also managed to go skiing for one day!. Everything really, the location was perfect, the rooms were the right size with confy pillows. Staff extremely helpful and let us check-up two hour later at no cost as our daughter was not feeling well. Highly recommended.. Perhaps the buffet breakfast was not superb but it depends on tastes as not too many choices for Western style breakfast, but it's unfair we are in Korea and we should expect a menu targeted for Asian tourists. Go and try find Asian choices in Italy! And anyway plenty of bakeries and cafe' shops nearby for more traditional breakfast..

. Hotel is located short walk from 2 subway stations. It's also a 10min stroll from Myeongdong Night Street, which my daughter & I went every night.
We booked a triple room with 3 single beds. There's an option to choose the type of pillows you requested (there were 9options!). A convenience store was located on the ground floor of the hotel, which is super convenient to buy cup noodles & drinks without walking out in the cold!. There are 4 washers & 4 dryer in the basement. Each wash is 30mins but each drying cycle is 45mins. Also, you'll need to run the dryer 2x & your (thick) clothes will only be 99% dry. You can't remove your clothes from the washer when the dryers are not avail yet.

Overall I am satisfied with the stat. Overall hotel is looks pleasant and clean. Room is spacious and housekeeping is efficient.
Location is a bit far from the train station which may not be suitable for family with young children. The breakfast menu is the same throughout my 7 days stay ! It would be good if the breakfast menu can vary day to day..
