Je me suis fiée aux avis et aux photos avant de réserver, mais la réalité est tout autre.
Cet hôtel ne correspond absolument pas à ce qui est présenté en ligne.
À notre arrivée, nos chambres n’était toujours pas prête (14h) après avoir insisté on nous en a préparé une dans l’urgence mais nous avons eu la 2 eme chambre vers 15h30.
La chambre est vieillotte, pas entretenu la rembarre de la porte fenêtre cassé dès qu’on prend la douche la salle de bain est inondé malgré que l’on ferme la porte de la cabine de douche,
la climatisation d’une des 2 chambres est tombée en panne pendant 24 heures, nous avons passé une nuit affreuse et le petit-déjeuner est une véritable blague : quand on descend à 9h, il ne reste presque plus rien et aucun réassort n’est fait. e l’orsqu’on demande on a l’impression de faire chi..
L’hôtel est mal entretenu, voire délaissé : murs abîmés, équipements vétustes, et une impression générale de laisser-aller. À l’accueil, un jeune homme tatoué, très passif, voire inexistant. Heureusement que les femmes de ménage et la dame qui s’occupe des repas sont professionnelles et agréables — ce sont les seules personnes qui relèvent un peu le niveau.
Nous avons dépensé plus de 450 € pour trois nuits, et franchement, c’est lamentable. Les avis en ligne sont totalement faussés. Je demande un remboursement partiel, voire total, car le service ne correspond en rien à ce qui a été vendu.

The property needs a really good management team to ensure its ran properly, ive stayed here 4 times now, its gone dirty and scuffy ,the day time receptionist, was asleep on one of the couches half the day ,so he wasn't running the staff ,the rooms want properly maintaining, speaking to other guests, they had the same opinion . .
