Very modern and clean, walkable and good location. Great location, can walk to Myeongdong Street. Not far from other tourist attractions. Very modern and clean. Full bidet. Small bathroom and room but we were able to fit 2 large suitcases, nothing more. Comfy king bed. Loved the kitchenette had a dispenser of filtered water.. .

. The hotel has kindly free upgraded my room so that we can have more space for the baby crib and all the luggages. The residence was very nice and comfortable. Location is very convenient. The playhouse is very kids friendly as well. Highly recommended for families. . .

Leave your Kid`s at home and bette be heat resistant. We booked five nights as a family. One of the reasons we chose this hotel was its location and the rooftop pool, which our six year old doughter was looking forward to visit. But on arrival we`ve been informed that children are not allowed in the rooftop pool, even when accompanied by adults. This Info was displayed nowhere on the website. Equally strange is the fact that there is a reservation system for the pool. You can't just walk by and cool off if you feel like it. You have to make a reservation in advance, which only entitles you to a maximum stay of 45 minutes. It is also not possible to visit the pool twice a day, e.g., for a quick swim in the morning and to freshen up in the evening, as only one reservation per day can be made. But back to our arrival: The reservation was made for three guests, but when we opened the door, the room only had amenities such as towels, hangers, toothbrush cups, duvets, and pillows for two people. Furthermore, the room temperature was 28 degrees Celsius upon arrival. During our stay, the temperature repeatedly rose to this level despite being set to the coldest setting, and no remedy could be found - and there was no apology by the staff either. The hotel is also equipped with a range of technical gimmicks. For example, a booking system for ordering room amenities (such as the missing hangers). However, only a maximum of two hangers can be ordered at a time. Women should therefore travel with a maximum of two dresses, and men with a maximum of two suits. Equally interesting: there is an indoor pool that children are also allowed to use. However, swimming caps must be worn here. This is not the case in the rooftop pool. But why? Since we were not allowed to visit the rooftop pool with our daughter, we each had to buy a swimming cap from the hotel. The bottom line is that the hotel leaves a strange overall impression that has nothing to do with a five-star hotel where the guest should be treated well. Finally, a tip: if you book a regular standard taxi to the airport through the hotel, you pay a fixed rate of 80,000 won. However, if you take a taxi from the street or via App, it only costs 60,000 won. It is not worthy of a hotel of this category to try to earn money from the taxis as well.. .

Great hotel in a good location. Very good location, walking distance to bus and MRT station. Diverse and good breakfast options. Nice and big indoor pool.. .
