The worst attitude of the reception female manager (name: Maxxx Lim), I don't pay to suffer this service. I stayed in this hotel many times, but this time……….. The Korean front desk wears a ponytail and claims to be the female manager (name Mxxxx Lxx) with a very bad attitude, putting on a long face all the time, and seems very angry and annoyed. NOT friendly to the people from CHINA. We arrived at 2:38 in the afternoon. My husband first asked her if we could check in. She twisted her head and said wait until 3 o'clock. I'm wondering if I can do the check-in procedure and collect the keys later, but she doesn't let me finish speaking, she said to me with a dark face and rolling eyes: I told your friend three o'clock... WHAT ATTITUDE? I THINK IF YOU DON’T WANT TO ANSWER THE QUESTION, JUST LEAVE THE COUNTER!!!! We wanted to put down our luggage and drink coffee nearby and come back, so we went to find a person who seemed to be on the other side of the luggage to help us. When my family was packing the luggage, I saw the ML woman looking at me all the time while talking to her colleague, her colleague looked at me again, obviously talking about me! I was very angry and went over to her and asked her what's the matter?! She was more vicious and asked me why I was looking at her!? I said because I saw and heard you guys were talking about me. (Actually, I don’t know why I need to explain to the staff what I am looking at???) She laughed at me with a creepy smile: You understand Korean? Really? Then she start yelling at me and kept saying Korean... I was so angry... I wanted to find the manager, she said she was the manager.....!!!!!! all the employees beside her were looking into the distance, no one was trying to stop her. She kept talking and I don't want her to ruin my day, I don't know why is me who is a customer to start to stop this drama but she kept talking, then I left the counter. It's wonderful. It's wonderful that she arranged for me to stay in a room near the elevator for 7 nights. During the stay, I saw that except for the ML woman, the other male receptionist are friendly. On the day I left the hotel, I saw her at the front desk from a distance. She was still wearing a long face and seemed very very angry!! “Strangers stay away” In fact, if you are not happy, don’t do this job. If you are so upsad with people from CHINA, why are you stay in a hotel industry?????? It’s a shame to the hotel industry, Even the hotel location is good, but she is the worst part I never ever encountered!!! And now, the reservation don't answer email and let me know her full name!!!!!! I will go to the new hotel on the opposite street and never come back!!! How about you?! Trips for the customer: You can report the bad experience to the Korea Government if you also encounter any unfair. Don't TOLERATE.. .

Deluxe Room and Service. Our two week stay visiting over Christmas was enjoyable with the upgraded deluxe King size bed. We included the buffet breakfast with our stay. There were 2 bottles of sparkling water and two bottles of Evian water included each day. Our room was cleaned every day with fresh linens and towels. We requested a humidifier for our room and it was delivered and set up for us at no extra charge. The breakfast buffet had a huge selection along with freshly ground bean coffees and juices.. .

Enjoyed my Stay. I just returned from my visit to South Korea, I visited Seoul and stayed at this hotel which was very central a walking distance to shops, restaurants and the metro or as South Korean name it ‘subway, The staff at the reception were very helpful, the restaurant for breakfast and dinner was good variety of western and Asian cuisine I enjoyed the bar in the evening, but found it strange that they close at 9:45pm The double room of good size and modern furniture and not to forget the wonderful Asian electric toilets, why in Europe and the USA don’t have these toilets? There is no porter at the hotel, so you need to carry your own luggage. .

Very comfortable and convenient and would still choose it next time. easy to reach，especially via bus. very near for shopping and eating， street is very much beautiful. I like it but it’s a little bit old.

I will choose this hotel again if I come to this part of Seoul.. The hotel is in a convenient location. The airport bus stops at the hotel. There are bus stops and metro stations close by. There are also many restaurants near the hotel which serve different kinds of food.. The breakfast at the hotel was a buffet, and it was a bit expensive if you are just looking for a quick bite before going out for sightseeing..
