Noisy, LED lights flickering - NO sleep at all. I had the worst sleep ever at this hotel.
1) The Lobby is on the 24th floor so it means you have to go up and then go back down to your room (luckily check-out you just need to leave your key card in your room and keep the door wide open)
2) The rooms facing the road - when I checked in I was told it would be noisy during the day due to the construction. I tried to ask for higher rooms or quieter rooms but they weren't available. But what they didn't tell me was that it was noisy throughout the night and the lights would flicker until midnight and start again at 6am sharp. It faces the COEX big LED monitors which unless you close all your curtains is like a concert show outside. The lights flicker nonstop. Also, it's like a train is going by throughout the night with occasional honking noises. I could barely sleep during my stay there. I need my curtains slightly open for some natural light in the morning to wake up.
3) The water pressure for the shower is terrible. It takes me a lot longer to shower with such little water.
4) The toilet flushing pressure was also low, it was difficult to flush there was always a little tissue left in the toilet bowl after a full toilet flush.
5) One time I came back to the room a bit earlier (I think they just finished cleaning the room), the room smelt like sewage. It later aired out and was fine when I got back at night but it was pretty bad.
Overall, I would never stay at this hotel again. But i have to say the Simmons bed was quite interesting but that didn't help with getting a good nights sleep.. .

Nice stay!. I stayed here 3 nights and it was quite pleasant. The lobby is on the 21st floor and guest room is down below. Premier Deluxe Room is a bit tight but fully equipped and the mini bar is all free in this type of room. Breakfast was nice but limited option and it get crowded on the around 7-8 am.
Beaware that there is a contruction in front of the hotel which start roughly around 7-8 am so it can be noisy.. .

Superb. No refill for Breakfast around 9am and Breakfast closed at 9.30am and have to get out from the room. I think it’s too early.
But the location is great.. .
