Comfortable, great location, friendly staff. Location is great, near eateries and subway as well. Room is spacious for 2 pax. Staff was very friendly and even recommended us places to eat. Bathtub was slightly clogged and takes very long to drain, when we finish shower the bathtub will be 1/3 full while it slowly drains..

Exceptional. The room is clean and comfortable. There is housekeeping every morning. Having washing machine and dryer at basement is convenient and very affordable. There's even ice machine at basement. Pillows are soft and bed is comfortable. Location is good as it's very near subway and near to the shopping area.. .

We could easily walk around Myeongdong even with 3 years old child.
And very close to metro station that we could reach station under heavy snow safely.. None.

Utterly Disappointed! . I am utterly disappointed. I booked a 5 nights stay in this hotel and have stayed 2 nights so far. These are the pros and cons:
Pros: Good location. Hotel staff was friendly but there seemed to be a lack of manpower. The hotel was clean and the apparatus was working fine in the room.
Cons; NOISY! NOISY! NOISY! Even though I have asked for a quiet room on the high floor during my reservation 2 months ago, the rooms are facing the Myeongdong Night Market with almost 24h of activities. Be prepared to stay awake late into the night and be awaken very early in the morning because of the noise. We experienced not enough hot water for shower on the second night due to boiler problems. Rooms are small. No air conditioning in the month of Nov, only heaters and opening the windows will only make the noise problem bigger.
I will not return to this hotel.. .
