Negative first impression. Rooms were clean and comfortable. Overall it was a pleasant stay. The only complaint I have is the attitude of the male front desk employee. He was quite rude when I tried to check in. Furthermore, I was given a number to retrieve my luggage when I checked in at 3pm. But when I collected my bags early, he just snatched the slip of paper from me. Not a positive first impression for a visitor to Seoul.. .

Was better than expected. Nice and close to the train station with many people around.. Cleaned the towels for us. Very welcoming staff and helpful. There was a convenience store and cafe underneath that was good and handy to have. The local train station seemed to be a hub so had a couple major train lines there so was good to have nearby.. Bed was a bit hard. Thermostat didn’t work. Therefore room was often too hot. Watch out for the step to the bathroom. Tripped a couple times..

Will come back and stay again! :-). Location was excellent! A lot of food and shopping establishments. Transportation was convenient. Staffs were polite and helpful. Front desk personnels were great!. .

Outstanding day. It was a short trip to Seoul and a Korean friend recommended this hotel to us. It was really an excellent experience with reasonable prices. When I go to Seoul again, I am sure that I will go there again.. .

Passable. Location of hotel was very good, convenience store open 24 hours attached to hotel. bathroom tub had moles on the edges and very tight space of room at the corner of 9th floor.
