Would definitely recommend. Great location, easy walk from airport bus, lots of restaurants, very clean, free wash, coffee maker in lobby, room and in lounge on top floor. Easy to get to subway and walkable to many tourist spots. Only one washer and dryer, and it took forever to do one load of laundry, about 4 hours..

Compy bedding. Big bedroom and floor heated tile decorated are both pleasant. Quiet and view through windows are ok too.. Drain in toilet was disappointing so I was not able to get in there soon after shower as the floor was full of water..

Bad first impression . I have been living in Korea for a while. I relinquished my apartment on the 1st of August and booked Rian to last until my flight back to the U.S. Upon arrival the desk clerk asked my cab driver if I was the only one (to which the answer is yes). Then he proceeds to ask why I had so many bags (two check in and one carry-on). The cab driver, to his credit, did not dignify the clerk with a response and didn’t take part at laughing at me. This has got to be the rudest start to a hotel stay. My room is non-refundable or else I’d cancel. First impressions are everything and if your staff can’t be professional and respectful then...the poor rating is deserving. I’ll take this moment to suggest G2 hotel (which isn’t too far from Rian) for a beautiful stay. They were booked so I chose Rian as a second option—what a mistake. Take it from this frequent traveler—bypass this hotel. . .
