Great stay. The breakfast is delicious. Staff working in the hotel very helpful and friendly. Everything was good. The location of the hotel is also great - center of Sanur. Everything is close - beach, bars, restaurants etc.. It is a bit old and needs renovation but you don't feel it when you are there..

Good for short visit only. Staff were lovely and attentive. However, the building is aging and in need of maintenence. Lots of leaking in hallways and balconies when it rains.
The lighting was dim and poorly placed.. .

Great breakfast and lovely swimming pool in the heart of Sanur. Good breakfast buffet, large room and good swimming pool. Walk out of the hotel and you’re in the centre of Sanur. The hotel is a little dated and could do with a “freshen - up”.

Well situated, comfortable hotel getting on in years.. The size of the room and direct access to the pool was very good. Size and comfort of the bed was good. The hotel is centrally located which makes it a very handy to find in Sanur. Maintenance of the hotel is difficult due it's size. We had no hot water for the last 2 days of our stay and the water pressure.was low. The ladder leading into our pool needs to be repaired or replaced..

Never again. Nothing. From the moment we arrived the staff at the reception desk were unfriendly. Gave us no information about the resort and had to take our own luggage to the 5th floor
The room smelt very old and musty, there were multiple cracked tiles in the bathroom and mould in the shower
When I did ask about the air conditioner not working very well, the staff member was very dismissive
We had booked for 3 nights however checked out after the first as the beds didn’t feel clean
The pool looks amazing in the photos but the timber and tiles need urgent maintenance as the are broken, raised and very very slippery.

Nice space with some disappointing factors :-(. Pool was beautiful , good variety at breakfast
Most staff friendly /helpful. Large room , clean and tidy. After room was cleaned out room was left ajar ( complaint about this brushed off ) Not happy as our belongings were not secure , no towels or pool towels left this day either .
Bed was rock hard , and toilet location did not make sense . Felt crammed using it in the bathroom ..

A great overall stay, close to restaurants, beach and Icon shops. Definitely recommend.. Breakfast was great - lots of variety

Room was big and spacious. The tv station selections. Only could watch maybe 4 channels out of the 30 odd channels. Be good to upgrade to smart tv's..
