The facilities are not really worth with the money we paid. Location & friendly staffs. There are several concerns regarding the room conditions during our stay.
The room was very small and uncomfortably hot, with no air conditioning provided. Although the staff brought in a fan, it did not adequately resolve the issue. We were also advised to open the window; however, this posed a security concern as a staircase is located immediately next to the window, making this option unsafe.
In addition, the bathroom sink was blocked and could not be used properly. We also noticed that the slippers provided did not appear to be single-use, which raised hygiene concerns.
We were disappointed by these issues, as they significantly affected our comfort while the hotel cost is not cheap at all. We hope you will look into these matters and take appropriate steps to improve the experience for future guests..
